Chris Andreucci is a Scottish country singer whose music and travels led him to the home of country music in Nashville. He is originally from a great little Scottish town called Ayr, Robbie Burns territory!

The single “Let Her” came out in June 2024, so we have been a little tardy getting the review done, but hopefully it’s worth the wait! First of all, I would say this is a great entry point to the man and his music.

The track opens in such a positive way, it’s about the girl you let go, a girl who dances in the rain and wears her sweetheart on her sleeve. It’s a classy country sound, traditional and full of story narrative, with a sing along chorus and a gentle sway to the melody that would have you swaying to the music and holding hands with your own loved one. Like all good country music, it gives you a warm glow inside and puts a smile on your face.

While on the subject of Chris Andreucci, I must mention my favourite track of his, “Strangers in a Bar,” that is on my playlist. I love this song, it is so pleasing lyrically, has the best of melodies and nips in and out of the whiskey in the bar! If I were a stranger in a bar, then I’d happily have a late night whiskey with this guy, I’m a sucker for a country boy! If you are downloading the new single, then make sure you listen to this one too.

I will finish this review off by turning to the press pack and letting you keep up to date with the news from Chris and his team.

Dubbed “Scotland’s Best Country Music Artist” by Capital FM, the singer/songwriter achieved his first #1 single, “Killin’ Time,”  on the iTunes charts in July 2021. He has opened for artists like George Thorogood and the Destroyers, Luke Combs, and Ashley McBryde and was nominated for UK Album of the Year at the BCMA Awards in 2021 for his “What Don’t Kill You” EP.

Although Chris is based more than 4000 miles from his Scottish roots, he remains very passionate about looking after his Scottish fans. He has put on sell-out Christmas homecoming shows at the legendary Glasgow venue, King Tuts for two consecutive years, in 2022 and 2023. Having outgrown this venue and needing more space for his ardent (and growing) Scottish fans, Chris’s 2024 Christmas Homecoming show will be at the beautiful St. Luke’s in Glasgow on December 28th, 2024. His passion for all things Scottish led to him writing a heartwarming song, “Written in Rock,”  as a wedding present for his sister Carla and her now husband Scott.

In 2024, Chris will be making waves and flying the flag for Scotland in the country music world, which is massive, especially in the US. He has held a residency with Cold Beer Entertainment’s most famous venue, Losers in Midtown for the last couple of years and has recently returned from a triumphant trip to the Key West Songwriter’s Festival, where he was invited to perform by BMI. 2024 has already seen Chris release his first multi-million streamed song, “Tamed by Tennessee.”. He is now in Nashville, working with Showbiz-Ro Music. At the same time, he has seen his following across all social media platforms rocket by 10’s of thousands, establishing him as a star in the making.
